I was born in Alessandria and I lived most of my life in Sezzadio, a small village in the province; I attended the Linguistic High School and thanks to that I learned three languages : English, French and Spanish. I then attended the three-year course in Science and Psychological techniques at “Università degli Studi Nicolò Cusano” where I started in 2016 and got the first degree in November 2019 and the second in December 2021, I am now Doctor in Clinical Psychology.
continued my study carreer in the same faculty by attending the Master’s degree in Clinic Psychology and Rehabilitations which I started in January 2020 and finished in June 2021; I attended a stage in Sport Psychology at University 150 hours long and I discussed my thesis the 7th of December 2021, which topic was : “Mental training in endurance sports with particolar attention to cycling”.

Cycling has been and continues to be a great teacher of life: it allowed me to travel around the world and practise the sport that I love, as well as to get to know people, different customs and habits, but above all to put myself at stake, sometimes harshly, first as a woman and then as an atlete. I had to leave my comfort zone and evolve as an individual.
The latest project that I have created, with my partner and family’s help, is a cycling team for women’s elite category, called “Women Cycling project”, and I am very proud of it; it is an ambitious project because the ultimate goal of it, is not only the atletic improvement of the girls, but above all, to convey life values through the practice of an ethical sport, that is performed in a serene and supportive atmosphere. What brought me to move to Belgium was at first my Sport and then Love. This is where I live happily and carry on my activity of sports competitions. This country offers more possibilities for cycling, however at the same time I continue my studies and apprenticeship in order to become a future Psychologist
